We understand that travel plans can change, especially with cruise schedules. Our policy:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour start time
- 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before tour start
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before tour or no-shows
Exceptions: If your ship cancels the port call or changes the schedule making the tour impossible, we provide a full refund regardless of timing. We’ll work with you to find a solution that’s fair.

We monitor all cruise ship arrivals in real-time and track any schedule changes. If your ship is delayed, we adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. We stay in contact with you via WhatsApp or phone, and our guides are flexible with timing.
For shore excursions, if a delay means less time in port, we’ll modify the itinerary to maximize your experience within the available hours. For post-cruise tours, if your disembarkation is delayed, we’ll adjust the tour duration or route to ensure you still make your flight on time.
