Help Us Create Your Perfect Tour

To ensure we meet you at the right terminal and plan your tour perfectly, we need just two quick details when you book:

1. Your ship’s name (e.g., “Royal Caribbean’s Spectrum of the Seas” or “Celebrity Millennium”)
2. Your arrival date (the day your ship docks in Hong Kong)

Why we ask:

Two Different Terminals: Hong Kong has two cruise terminals—Kai Tak and Ocean Terminal—located 10km apart. Your ship name tells us exactly where you’ll be docking.
Multiple Ships, One Day: It’s common for 3-4 ships to dock on the same day. Your ship name helps us verify your exact schedule and all-aboard time.
Personalized Planning: We cross-reference your ship’s published schedule to build in proper safety buffers and maximize your sightseeing time.

Where to find this information:

Your cruise booking confirmation email
Your cruise line’s app or website
Your cruise documents/travel voucher
Don’t have it handy? That’s okay—we’ll help you find it! Just let us know your cruise line and approximate dates.

This is standard information all cruise passengers provide—it helps us serve you better and ensures a seamless, stress-free experience from the moment you step off your ship!

Our Back-to-Ship Guarantee

We guarantee you’ll make it back to your ship on time, every time.
How we do it:

We track your ship’s published all-aboard time and build in 45-60 minute safety buffers
We monitor traffic conditions in real-time and adjust routes if needed
We communicate with you throughout the day about timing
Our guides have direct lines to terminal operations

In 13 years of operation, we’ve never had a guest miss their ship departure.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We make booking easy! To create the perfect tour and ensure seamless coordination, we just need a few standard details:

Required Information:
1. Your ship’s name – The full name of your cruise ship (e.g., “Celebrity Millennium”, “Spectrum of the Seas”, “Queen Elizabeth”)
2. Your arrival/port call date – The specific date your ship docks in Hong Kong
3. Number of passengers – How many people will be joining the tour
4. Preferred tour type – Shore excursion, pre-cruise, or post-cruise tour

Why we need this:

Ship Name = Correct Terminal: Hong Kong has two cruise terminals 10km apart (Kai Tak and Ocean Terminal). Your ship name tells us exactly where you’ll be docking so we can meet you at the right location.

Multiple Ships Daily: It’s common for 3-4 different ships to dock on the same day. Your ship name lets us look up the exact schedule for YOUR vessel—not another ship’s schedule.

Verified Timing: We cross-reference your ship’s published schedule with the terminal’s official records to confirm your arrival time, docking location, and all-aboard time. This ensures proper planning and safety buffers.

Personalized Service: We can tailor the tour duration and itinerary to perfectly match your available time in port.

Where to find this information:

  • Your cruise booking confirmation email
  • Your cruise line’s mobile app or website
  • Your cruise documents/e-ticket
  • Your travel agent

Don’t have it handy? No problem! Just let us know your cruise line and approximate travel dates, and we’ll help you track it down. We’re here to make this easy!

This is standard information that all cruise passengers provide when booking shore excursions—it simply helps us serve you better and ensure a seamless, stress-free experience!

We recommend booking as soon as you know your ship’s schedule—ideally 2-4 weeks in advance. This ensures availability and gives us time to customize your itinerary based on your interests. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings (even 24-48 hours before your port call) depending on guide availability. Contact us as early as possible for the best selection.

It’s simple and stress-free! Here’s the process:

  1. Your guide meets you inside the cruise terminal with a name sign
  2. Your luggage is loaded into our private vehicle (van or minibus depending on group size)
  3. Your bags remain secure in the climate-controlled vehicle while you tour Hong Kong hands-free
  4. We follow your chosen itinerary, visiting attractions where carrying luggage would be impossible
  5. At your requested time, we drive you directly to Hong Kong International Airport
  6. You check in for your flight relaxed, on time, and with unforgettable final memories

Your bags are with you the entire time—they never leave your sight except when you’re exploring on foot (and the vehicle is always nearby). Our drivers are experienced and trustworthy, and we’ve been providing this service for years without a single incident.

We monitor all cruise ship arrivals in real-time and track any schedule changes. If your ship is delayed, we adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. We stay in contact with you via WhatsApp or phone, and our guides are flexible with timing.

For shore excursions, if a delay means less time in port, we’ll modify the itinerary to maximize your experience within the available hours. For post-cruise tours, if your disembarkation is delayed, we’ll adjust the tour duration or route to ensure you still make your flight on time.

Absolutely. Our Back-to-Ship Guarantee means:

  • We track your ship’s published all-aboard time
  • We build in 45-60 minute safety buffers for shore excursions
  • We monitor real-time traffic conditions and adjust routes if needed

  • We communicate timing with you throughout the day

In 13 years of operation, we’ve never had a guest miss their ship departure. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Included in all tours:

  • Expert English-speaking local guide
  • Terminal or hotel pickup and drop-off
  • Basic transportation within the itinerary (e.g., Star Ferry tickets, MTR fares where applicable)

  • Meals and beverages (we provide budget estimates for each tour)
  • Entrance fees to attractions (cable cars, observation decks, etc.)

  • Gratuities for guide and driver (appreciated but not required)

We provide clear budget guidelines for each tour so you know what to expect. If you prefer an all inclusive price, we can arrange that – just ask!

Absolutely! Customization is one of our specialties. Every private tour can be tailored to your interests, pace, and preferences. Want to:

  • Spend more time shopping and less time at temples?
  • Add a specific restaurant you’ve researched?
  • Skip Victoria Peak because you saw it on a previous visit?
  • Focus on photography spots?
  • Include kid-friendly activities?

Just let us know when you book (or even during the tour—our guides are flexible!). We’ll adjust the itinerary to create your perfect Hong Kong experience.

24-48 hours before your tour, we’ll send you:

  • Your guide’s name and photo
  • Direct WhatsApp contact number
  • Exact meeting location with photos/instructions
  • Backup contact numbers for our operations team

On the tour day, your guide will also contact you via WhatsApp to confirm timing and answer any questions. We’re available throughout the day for real-time communication.

We understand that travel plans can change, especially with cruise schedules. Our policy:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour start time
  • 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before tour start
  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before tour or no-shows

Exceptions: If your ship cancels the port call or changes the schedule making the tour impossible, we provide a full refund regardless of timing. We’ll work with you to find a solution that’s fair.

Yes! We accommodate groups of all sizes:

  • Private tours: 1-8 passengers in a van/minibus (larger vehicles available for 9-16 passengers)
  • Small group tours: Join-in options for certain itineraries (minimum 8 participants, maximum 16)
  • Large groups: We can arrange multiple vehicles and guides for cruise groups of 20+ passengers

Group rates are available for parties of 10 or more. Contact us with your group size and we’ll provide a customized quote.

Your cruise line will specify this in your pre-cruise documentation (usually 30-60 days before departure). You can also check your cruise line’s website or contact their customer service.

Generally:

  • Kai Tak Cruise Terminal hosts mega-ships from Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, and Norwegian Cruise Line
  • Ocean Terminal (Tsim Sha Tsui) hosts smaller luxury and premium ships from Silversea, Seabourn,
    Oceania, and Regent Seven Seas

Not sure which terminal? No worries! When you provide your ship name during booking, we’ll verify the terminal location for you and coordinate the pickup accordingly. This is one of the reasons we ask for your ship name – it ensures we meet you at the correct location!

Essentials:

  • Comfortable walking shoes (you’ll be on your feet at temples, markets, and viewpoints)
  • Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen as Hong Kong can be sunny and humid)
  • Light layers (air conditioning in vehicles can be cool; outdoor sites can be warm)
  • Camera or smartphone for photos
  • Cash for personal purchases (most vendors accept Hong Kong Dollars; some accept credit cards)

Optional:

  • Water bottle (we can stop for drinks anytime)
  • Small backpack or crossbody bag for personal items
  • Rain jacket or umbrella if weather looks uncertain

For luggage-free tours: Bring your suitcases and we’ll handle them! Make sure they’re clearly labeled
with your name and flight details.

Absolutely! We customize pacing and activities to suit all ages and mobility levels.

For families with children:

  • We can include kid-friendly stops (playgrounds, interactive museums, snack breaks)
  • Shorter itineraries available for younger attention spans
  • Car seats available upon request

For elderly or mobility-limited guests:

  • We minimize walking where possible (more drive-by sightseeing, strategic stops)
  • Wheelchair-accessible vehicles available upon request
  • Rest breaks built into the itinerary
  • Guides trained to assist with mobility needs

Just let us know your specific needs when booking, and we’ll design the perfect tour for your group.

All our guides are fluent in English. Many also speak:

  • Mandarin Chinese
  • Cantonese
  • Other languages (Japanese, Spanish, French) available upon request

Let us know if you have a language preference, and we’ll match you with the best guide for your needs.

If you’re staying in Hong Kong before your cruise, we offer seamless hotel-to-cruise-terminal transfers. This can be combined with a final morning tour or as a simple direct transfer.

Options:

  • Direct transfer: Private vehicle from your hotel to Kai Tak or Ocean Terminal with luggage assistance
  • Transfer + morning tour: Half-day sightseeing tour ending with drop-off at the cruise terminal in time for embarkation

Contact us with your hotel location, ship name, and cruise embarkation time, and we’ll provide a customized quote and itinerary.

Yes! Many cruise passengers arriving early or staying after their cruise combine multiple tours for a comprehensive Hong Kong experience.

Popular combinations:
