Four of us spent 4 wonderful days with Jackie in Hong Kong. Jackie spoke excellent English, he took pictures of our group, gave us suggestions for using our free time wisely, and helped us pick restaurants for after he dropped us off. We definitely recommend working with Jackie for your visit to H.K.

Your Macau Itinerary
Macau Up Close: More Than Casinos!
A Portuguese colony for over 500 years, Macau is much more than just casinos! Though often referred to as the “Las Vegas of Asia” for its popularity with gamblers with 7 times of gaming revenue than Vegas, Macau is home to a UNESCO World Heritage Site which showcases its longstanding Portuguese heritage. Join This is Asia tours for a unique experience of Macau-one that focuses more on the East meets West history on the world heritage trail, the true local lifestyles, and the Portuguese cultural influence than the casinos.
Experience Macanese Tradition
We’ll explore Macau’s historic backstreets, visiting sites such as the Ah Ma temple, historic churches, halls, and squares, and we’ll sample local Macanese cuisine-the unique mixture of Macau’s traditional Cantonese and Portuguese cuisines. Not to miss a beat, we’ll also explore some of the popular sites in the resort and casino area and discuss local gaming culture. This walking tour will be a truly comprehensive overview of the city as a whole, not just the gambling scene. No other tour operator offers an experience of Macau like this one. As we will not be gambling on the tour, everyone is welcome!

Our 2nd time to spend 2 days with Jacky. This time we had our 20 year grandson with us and we designed the general tour of Hong Kong to show him the highlights. Just as before, Jacky shows you the unusual as well as the how real people live and shop. He can show you the public areas without you feeling out of place.
Jacky is a gem. Knowledgeable, attentive, and flexible.

I’m glad I have engaged with Jacky as he really gave us the true view of HK as a local and not the typical tour guides. He knows all the shortcuts, got us to see a lot within the few hours. It’s as if we have spent many days in HK and did many things.
Macau was fantastic too, where we had very good lunch at where the locals eat. We even took public transport to wherever we went exactly like a local.

Jacky was excellent. A great combination of first class knowledge about Macau and very, very personable. And, because everybody asks, excellent English language. He quickly understood our needs and tailored the tour accordingly. He has a way of bringing Macau’s history to life. We only had about 6 hours but Jacky packed a lot in.
We would certainly use him again and recommend him to friends.

My Hong Kong-Macau holiday with my kids is excellent when I join this tour guided by Jacky himself.
We have a very great time and see most attractive places and streets in HK and Macau. What an awesome experience for us remembering we can see and experience so many things in a very limited time.
He is also very well-organized with the tour and always tells us what he wants to do in the tour before we go. Two-thumbs up :))
